We are looking for a highly professional and dynamic Public Relations Officer with a strong administrative or public relations background. The ideal candidate must exhibit exceptional mastery of the English language, equivalent to native-level fluency, and possess a proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients and partner organizations involved in sales and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with clients and business partners.
Act as the primary representative for all external communications and ensure professional correspondence with stakeholders.
Organize and facilitate meetings, negotiations, and agreements, fostering successful collaborations.
Develop and execute high-impact public relations strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Monitor market perception and provide actionable insights to enhance the company’s reputation.
Address and resolve client and partner inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Prepare comprehensive reports, proposals, and presentations in English, ensuring the highest standards of clarity and precision.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline communication and operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Saudi nationality is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
Superior proficiency in English (written and spoken), equivalent to native-level fluency.
Previous experience in public relations or a related field is preferred.
Proven track record in managing client and partner relationships in a corporate environment.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and collection skills when dealing with companies.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of sales and procurement processes is highly desirable.
