الوصف الوظيفي
1- Receiving daily reports of the stock and daily loading report from the production & dispatch department
2- Doing a daily report to be delivered to the sales manager for daily loading and sales status and inventory in the Stock yard
3- Receiving sales orders from engineers & Sales representatives and prepare formal sales order with all the required data and attach the important documents of the order and signed it by the sales manager
4- Communicate with the financial management regarding the balances of customers in order to finish the sales request
5- Coordinate the quantities required in formal sales order with the Department of production and loading
6- Communicate with the engineers & sales representatives regarding their customers and the delivery times required for their orders
7- Communicate with the production and loading department to coordinate the loading times for sales orders
8- Communicate with the shipping department to arrange the trailers in the case of sales orders registered with the shipping through the company
9- Prepare quotations for simple quantities and sign it from sales manager
10- processing a weekly sales report and a monthly sales report and deliver it to sales manager, and process periodic sales reports of each engineer and sales representative
11- Selling new customers coming to the company by visiting the factory or by telephone and record them under his sales code
12- Helping engineers & sales representatives in the process of sales and customer service, by communicate with the drivers of the company’s permanent customers like distributors coming to the factory to relieve pressure and accelerate the delivery process
13- Doing what direct sales ask from him regarding sales process

working on SAP 1 Program
Strong Analytical Skills
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Previous experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
