As a Branch Manager(Hypermarket ) in the Eastern Province ( Alahsa- Qatif ) of Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our branch and ensuring its success. You will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day activities, driving sales, and maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Preferred Candidates:
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
- Experience as a hypermarket manager would be an added advantage.
