Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in natural wood parquet, SPC, and laminate flooring products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Saudi market, especially Jeddah, and a proven track record of generating and closing sales in both retail and B2B sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the retail and B2B markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including engineering firms, design houses, and construction companies.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Manage and mentor the sales team to enhance their performance and achieve sales goals.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients to ensure profitable outcomes.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
