الوصف الوظيفي
Roles and responsibilities:
· Coordination of project management activities, resources, equipment and information
· Divide projects into actionable procedures and adjust time frame
· Contact customers to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
· Assign tasks to the Panel and assist in managing the schedule
· Ensure customer needs are met as projects evolve
· Assistance in budgeting
· Risk and Opportunity Analysis
· Supervision of project procurement management
· Monitoring project progress and dealing with any problems that may arise
· Act as a point of contact for reporting on the project status to all participants
· Working with project manager to get rid of barriers
· Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
· Issuance of all appropriate legal papers (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
· Establishment and preservation of project documents, plans and comprehensive reports
· Ensure standards and requirements are met through quality assurance tests
المهارات
requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in MIS,IS or related specialization
· Experience 1-3 years as project coordinator or related experience.
· Certification PMP/ PRINCE2 Extra Advantage
· Practical experience as a project coordinator or similar role in project management, from idea to delivery
· Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance control
· Know a good process with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
· Practical experience with project management tools (such as Basecamp or Trello)
Skills:
· Time management.
· Strong customer handling and teamwork skills.
