:General Job Description
- The Technical Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to clients and the sales team, designing innovative technical solutions, and supervising the implementation of lighting and electrical projects to ensure customer needs are met with the highest levels of quality and efficiency.
:Tasks and Responsibilities
- Prepare designs and engineering drawings for lighting and electrical solutions using engineering design software.
- Provide technical support to the sales team by explaining product technical details and assisting in preparing technical proposals for clients.
- Study client requirements and provide suitable technical solutions to meet their needs.
- Supervise project implementation phases to ensure compliance with designs and technical specifications.
- Prepare technical reports and studies required for projects.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain technical specifications and information about products.
- Stay updated on technical innovations and standards related to electrical and lighting tools.
