**Job Title: Debt Collection Executive**
**Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE**
We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Debt Collection Executive** to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outstanding collections and ensuring compliance with debt collection practices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Contact debtors for collection via phone, email, or letter
– Negotiate payment plans and settlements
– Maintain accurate records of communications and agreements
– Follow up on unpaid accounts and prioritize collections
– Report progress and recovery status to management
– Provide professional customer support regarding outstanding debts
– Handle disputes or queries efficiently
– Update and manage account statuses regularly
**Requirements:**
– Previous experience in debt collection
– Strong negotiation and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
– Knowledge of accounts receivable
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
