Job Title
Executive Administrative Assistant
Job Summary
We seek a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior management.
• Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives.
• Serve internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Assisted in project management and ensured timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting executives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
