– Foster strong, trusting relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure their loyalty and prevent them from turning to competitors.
– Develop a comprehensive understanding of the needs and expectations of key customers.
– Enhance relationships with existing customers by continually offering tailored solutions that fulfill their objectives.
– Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers.
– Act as the main liaison between key customers and internal teams.
– Address and resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain high levels of trust and satisfaction.
– Contribute significantly to generating new sales that will develop into enduring partnerships.
– Prepare and present regular progress reports and sales forecasts to both internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
– Proactively manage and resolve any issues or complaints from key clients.
– Lead and supervise account teams assigned to each key client to ensure optimal performance.
– Work closely with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that the needs of key clients are fully met.
– Negotiate and finalize contracts with key clients, ensuring deadlines and long-term goals are achieved.
– Reach monthly sales targets by identifying opportunities and developing relationships with new customers.
– Achieve high customer satisfaction rates and maximize opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to increase customer spend.
– Manage all pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.
– Monitor industry trends and provide regular feedback on competitive activity.
– Compile detailed reports for upper management to inform decision-making.
