About the Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern for a 2-month internship, with the potential to extend the internship based on performance and business needs. You’ll play a key role in helping us match talent from Egypt to exciting technology and customer service positions. As part of this internship, you’ll get to shape this new staffing initiative and help drive it forward with your creativity and initiative.
What You’ll Do
- Search for job positions that meet specific criteria at different companies.
- Create job listings on platforms like Wuzzuf, and Forasna to attract the right candidates.
- Reach out to talent via email or phone to gather details and manage the recruitment process.
- Use Microsoft 365 to create user accounts and set permissions for selected candidates.
- Craft professional profiles for candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Apply for jobs on behalf of candidates, using AI tools to create detailed, eye-catching applications.
- Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and employers.
- Document new processes and systems in our knowledge base repository for future reference.
- Submit a brief daily summary of tasks completed, challenges encountered, and any assistance needed on a daily basis.
What We’re Looking For:
- Great communication skills, including a strong vocabulary in English – this is the MOST important qualification, we do not set restrictions based on years of experience, degree/major, or the age of an applicant so anyone is welcome to apply given that they are fluent in English
- Resourcefulness with technology tools, and the ability to think outside the box.
- Multi-tasking skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Fast typing (35-40 words per minute minimum) and attention to detail.
- A positive, can-do attitude, and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- The ability to focus and take good notes during training sessions and ask good questions.
Requirements
- 40hours per week (preferably 3 PM–11 PM Egyptian Time but we can be flexible for this).
- Flexibility with email responsiveness, especially if a client or interviewer reaches out after hours (this isn’t frequent, but it’s important to stay connected).
- Strong English proficiency.
- The ability to work independently without micro-management, and handle tasks with integrity and responsibility.
